1.   Registration money is due by Friday, Nov. 6 @ 5pm. (No transfers or refunds)  You may register beginning 10/16/09.

2.   Teams are allowed only the number of players who are registered (this is the maximum).  Any replacements must pay the registration fee before they can participate.  Players must be enrolled in high school in order to play.

3.   Replacements are possible only in cases of prolonged vacancy or medical reasons resulting in forfeits.  All replacements must come under the consideration of the Campus Life Athletic Advisory Council, whose decision on the matter is final.

4.   All approved replacements are final and may not be reversed.

5.   A free t-shirt is available to all persons who have registered on or before the deadline.  Replacements may not be eligible to receive one.

NOTE:  For purposes of scorer identification, shirts will have single-digit numerals printed at the factory.  No additional printing (names, designs, other numbers) may be added by players.  Violation results in player suspension for the season.

6.   No player participating on any of his high school basketball teams is eligible.

7.   Fighting, intimidation, "trash-talk", and profanity are not acceptable and will result in a technical foul.  Technical fouls may be cause for in-game "sit-out", ejection, or suspension for next game or season.  League fees are non-refundable.

8.   Multiple suspensions or expulsions of individuals on the same team can result in the suspension or expulsion of the entire team and is at the complete discretion of the Campus Life Athletic Advisory Council.  League fees are non-refundable.

9.   Teams must field a minimum of four (4) roster players to start a game.  Teams are allowed a 5-minute "grace period" from the scheduled starting time before forfeiture of the game.  Captains must notify Campus Life by 3:30 p.m. Friday or earlier if you know your team will have to forfeit.  It may save somebody a long drive.)

10.  Any team which forfeits 2 games because of no-show and no notification before 3:30 p.m. on Friday will forfeit the rest of the year’s schedule including tournament games.  It is not fair to the other teams who do show up to play. Even though meeting proper notification requirements, any team that does not show up for a total of four scheduled games will forfeit the rest of the season including tournament games.

11,  In addition to team score and time, fouls will be recorded for each game.  A player is disqualified on his fifth foul or 2nd technical foul.  Foul shots will not be attempted until tournament games.

12. Please do not hang on any rims or nets during warm-ups, games, or at anytime.  We need to protect equipment.  (Technical foul, sit-out, ejection, suspensions.)

13. Please respect property, others and yourself.  We are all guests in the gyms, buildings and parking lots/roadways where we play.  We need each player's positive participation to maintain our WELCOME and access to these buildings.

14. Intentional fouls and technical fouls will carry the penalty two points and possession. The clock will continue to run. (For example, if team A intentionally fouls team B, team B will receive 2 points and the ball.)

15. In accordance with IHSAA rules, players are prohibited from wearing hats, bandanas, and any other jewelry which could cause injury to the player himself or others.

16.Before participating in a game of the 2009-2010 season, each roster player will need to sign a form indicating that he
has read, understands and will abide by these  guidelines.
